To the fullest extent permitted by law, HHSOL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or from any provider’s service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HHSOL from claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
